Artists Designer Makers get chance to sell and showcase their work at exclusive BUY ME event in Newcastle Under Lyme

The Borough Museum and Art Gallery, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, are looking for artists and designer makers to feature in their exclusive B(u)y Me! “Handmade” makers’ fair on 31st October 2015.

They are looking for work from all disciplines, with the emphasis on quality handmade items, to suit all budgets. All work must be for sale.

They’re specifically looking for artists and makers to sell their work direct to visitors, at the Museum from 10am-4pm.

Stalls cost £20 each. Deadline: 6th September 2015.

They’re also looking for crafts for the annual Christmas Exhibition, for which there’s a deadline of 30th September 2015.

Deadline for Christmas Exhibition applications is Tuesday 30th September 2014.

BUY ME CRAFT CABINETS

At other times of year the Borough Museum and Art Gallery Craft Cabinets are available to artsts and makers.

Full of contemporary, handmade and unique pieces, from glass, to ceramics, textile art to jewellery, there’s something to suit all occasions and budgets.

If you are an Artist interested in exhibiting within this space, there is no formal application form. Simply send up to 5 images of your work, an Artists Statement (if applicable) and CV to The Museum

All artwork must be available for a minimum duration of 12 weeks. The Museum & Art Gallery applies a commission rate of 30% (+ VAT) on all sales.
