Selfless Portraits is a collaborative art project aiming to bridge the gap between technology and humanity by encouraging small, creative gestures between strangers across the globe.
[h2]HOW IT WORKS [/h2]
Upload your profile picture to be hand drawn by a Facebook user somewhere in the world.
To receive the finished portrait, you must complete and upload a drawing of a randomly-assigned person’s profile picture within 48 hours. This time deadline is critical to creating a good user experience for everyone. You can draw as many people as you like.
So far the results we have seen vary from brilliant, to hilarious, to terrible to incredibly witty – but whatever the result, one thing for sure, it’s 100% creative and a simply ingenious use of social media.
