PiCL are looking for an experienced community engagement worker to engage Stoke on Trent ‘communities of interest’ in developing and commissioning Art

£11,232.00 – 24 hours per week, flexible and to include evenings and weekends. (£18,720 pro-rata)

Working as part of a team you will spend time researching and visiting local communities to encourage and support them to attend events and participate in consultation. You will carry out consultation and offer development opportunities, ultimately empowering communities to be decision makers on local Arts programming and commissioning.

You will be experienced in working with Stoke on Trent communities, have a good working knowledge of a range of creative consultation methods and be enthused and excited by Art. You will pay attention to detail, have experience of co-ordinating projects and putting communities at the heart of the decision making process.
