A North Staffordshire Arts consortium, consisting of B Arts, Airspace, Bitjam, Partners In Creative Learning and ReStoke, are on the lookout for a Facilitator to support their Making It Work programme.
The role is to support the five arts organisations in Stoke-On-Trent who make up the consortium to develop and deliver a develop a programme of knowledge gathering and training to benefit the staff within their organisations. This will entail auditing existing arts provision, case studying best practice, along with development of a range of digital tools and training that will realise increased investment into the organisations from the private sector
The successful candidate will need to already be experienced in working with smaller organisations and within a challenging landscape. Another core skill will be a proven track record in developing fundraising strategies which focuses on corporate giving and business donations.
