Play Me i'm Yours Stoke Street Pianos Staffordshire

TIME TO TINKLE THOSE IVORIES ACROSS STOKE – Play me – I’m Yours launches this month with decorated pianos popping up in the most unlikely locations – each displaying the simple message PLAY ME, I’M YOURS.

So if you come across one of the Joanna’s – then lift the lid and tinkle those ivories – whether you can already play, or never touched a piano in your life – it doest’t matter – what matters is that you have a go – have a laugh – take a pic or a vid – and encourage those around you to have a go to.

[blockquote]Play me I’m Yours is a global art movement, which since 2008 has seen over 1,200 pianos installed in 46 cities across the world.[/blockquote]

In Stoke, Staffordshire 16 pianos have been decorated by local artists and community groups, will be located in parks, squares and other public spaces for anyone to play and enjoy.

At the end of the project the pianos will be donated to local charities and community groups.
