Take part in a technicolour umbrella spectacle in Staffordshire

For this year’s Christmas Lights Switch On in Hanley City Centre on 19 November a mesmerising performance is taking place on a high wire and will also feature fantastic ground based pyrotechnics, a local choir and a parade of 30 glowing technicolour umbrellas to truly get people in the festive mood!

Appetite Stoke – the creative people and places initiative for North Staffordshire – have teamed up with the incredible Cirque Bijou and are looking for volunteers to be part of the performance by carrying a beautiful LED glowing umbrella on the night!

To take part you need to be available for:

Rehearsal: Wednesday 18 November, 5.30pm-8pm
Performance: Thursday 19 November, 5.30pm
Location: Meet at Hanley Town Hall, Albion Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 1QQ
