Hippy Hippy Shakespeare at Stafford Castle

The Stafford Festival Shakespeare production of As You Like It has opened on tour for the first time to critical acclaim at Ludlow Castle.

It will be opening at Stafford Castle on June 29 through to July  12 2014.

And like every year, come rain or shine, Stafford Castle provides a simply brilliant setting to celebrate the works of Shakespeare.

The Stafford Festival production is chilling out this year in this excellent production of As You Like It – one of most popular and much loved musical comedies.  Setting it in the late sixties, just as the cold war and repression sweeps in to wash away the culture of free love, free expression and the summer of love.
