A brand new platform for Staffordshire actors, writers, directors and theatre makers to collaborate, try out, test and create new theatre work has been launched
TheatreJAM is an opportunity for actors, writers, directors, choreographers, and theatre people of every kind, and at every level, to connect and make remarkable new theatre in Staffordshire.
TheatreJAM is also a channel for actors and theatre makers to collaborate and build professional opportunities here in the Staffordshire without the need to move away.
There will be many TheatreJAM projects developed over the coming months, commencing with a season of TheatreJAM Performance Nights to be presented across Staffordshire, featuring rehearsed readings of new theatre, and first time performances of ‘Works-in-Progress’ in front of live audiences.
The organisation is now searching for venue partners across the county to host the events and meetups.
